Thank you for shopping at Gale’s Pet Supplies. We're proud to provide pet lovers across Australia with quality supplies and reliable delivery. We know how much your pets mean to you - that’s why we work hard to get your orders to you quickly, reliably, and with care.

We use a combination of eco friendly packaging including:
Shredded paper and Kraft honeycomb wrap (eco alternative to bubble wrap), and 
Paper tape instead of plastic tape

Products shipped directly from the supplier may use other packaging beyond our control.

Below you'll find all the details about how we process, ship, and handle your orders.

Where We Ship

- We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners Australia Post.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being received (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it has been shipped with your tracking details.

During busy periods or sales, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select Authority to Leave at checkout, your parcel will be left in a safe location at your delivery address. Please ensure pets are secure and cannot access the delivery contents. Gale’s Pet Supplies is not liable for lost or damaged parcels once they’ve been delivered under ATL.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your parcel through:

Delivery Notes & Pet-Specific Instructions
You can leave delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. “leave at back gate”, “don’t ring bell – anxious dog inside”). While we pass these notes to the courier, we cannot guarantee every request will be followed.

Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship live animals or perishable products such as raw or frozen pet food.
• Fragile items will be packaged with care, but please inspect upon delivery and notify us immediately if anything arrives damaged.

Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, redelivery may incur an additional fee.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please check your tracking link first.
