What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

 

We know that shopping for your beloved pets can sometimes be a bit tricky, and we want to make sure you feel confident in your purchases. That's why we have a clear and straightforward Returns Policy in place to help you navigate any returns you may need to make:

1.  If you find you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you received it to initiate the return process. To ensure a smooth return, please make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as this will be required to process your return.

2.  To start a return, simply reach out to us via email at service@galespetsupplies.com.au and advise why you are returning it. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted, so it’s important to follow this step.

3.  We also want to remind you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@galespetsupplies.com.au. We’re here to help resolve any issues and ensure you have a positive experience.

4.  While we strive to accommodate "change of mind" returns, certain items cannot be returned. This includes opened perishable goods like food. If you have any questions about whether your specific item is returnable, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for clarification.

5.  If you’re looking to exchange an item, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item first (see clause 2). Once we’ve accepted your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire. If we have sent you the wrong item, we will automatically send the correct one once the original item has been returned in "as received" condition (ie unopened, unused, undamaged) and provided you have followed clause 2 to start the return process.

6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, we will pay the refund within 3 business days through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible however you may still be able return the item/s under our return policy terms.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 10am AEST Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, standard shipping rates apply.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
